BMWRA – 50 Years with the Ride Attitude!

Both Attendees and Vendors liked our venue at the Smokey Mountain Event Center in Waynesville, NC so much that we’re going back for another helping of great roads and good times. The BMWRA 2022 National Rally – 50 Years of the Ride Attitude will be held September 29 – October 2, 2022! Our members are anxious to get on the open road and there is no place on earth that’s better than the Great Smokey Mountains to ride a motorcycle. Last year we had 1,189 registered, not counting vendors and those folks have been talking to their friends so we are expecting a big crowd! The venue is a really beautiful facility with lots of green space and clean secure buildings for the vendor area and for seminars. There’s also a covered arena with bleacher seating for riding instruction and evening events. Like all BMWRA events it’s all about the ride and our attendees have “THE RIDE ATTITUDE”.
The BMWRA rally vendor program has two goals. First, we want to provide an opportunity for our rally attendees to interact with and purchase from vendors whose products are related to our motorcycle experience. Second, and just as important, we want to provide a positive environment for our vendors to make sales and promote their brands. The whole vendor experience only works if we meet both those goals. We add extra value to vendor participation by including exposure on our BMWRA Rally website and exposure in our Facebook promotions. In both these places, vendor logos will have click through links that take people directly to your website so they can buy products directly or ask questions and make pre-orders.
To secure a booth, please fill out the application at the bottom of the Booth Map & Details page. If your booth choice is not available we’ll contact you to arrange an alternate choice. A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available!
Sponsorship is a great way to stand out from the crowd. It shows your support for the event and the attendees. It’s a great opportunity to directly interact with customers and to reinforce your image in the minds of the folks who buy your products.
Morning Coffee
We provide FREE coffee each morning of the rally. The Coffee Sponsor can display their promotional material and have a representative present to answer questions about their products. We suggest banners with the sponsor’s logo be hung in prominent places. Each Coffee Sponsor will be recognized in the rally program booklet and online on our Rally and Face Book pages. The cost for Coffee Sponsorship for one morning is $125. There are three opportunities…

Thursday evening we have a terrific fun event. We give away Hot Dogs and Beer! What motorcyclist wouldn’t like that? The Hot Dogs & Beer Sponsor should display logo banners and a representative of the sponsor should participate in serving. This is a great way to put a face on your company. It is VERY well attended and has always been a good time. The Hot Dogs & Beer Sponsor will be recognized in the rally program booklet and online on our Rally and Face Book pages The Hot Dogs & Beer Sponsorship is $400.00. Please note that this is less than half of the actual cost for this event.
Seminars are sponsored by Rok Straps
Seminars are a key part of the event and are well attended. We use AV equipment in many places during the event including multiple seminars, the beer garden and the evening entertainment events. The Seminar Sponsor should hang logo banners at any or all of these events and the sponsor will be recognized in the rally program and announced at each event. This is a sponsorship with potential for exposure all over the rally. The Seminar Sponsor will be recognized in the rally program booklet and online on our Rally and Face Book pages The AV Sponsorship is $150. This is also a fraction of the cost for this item.
Volunteer Sign Up & Gift
We have over a hundred volunteers at our rallies. Folks love to volunteer because it’s a way to participate in the event and a great way to meet people. We rent a software application to sign folks up and we give a small gift to each volunteer. Last year it was a “buff” with the rally and BMWRA logos. The sponsor will be recognized in the rally program and during the closing ceremony. In addition, a sponsor card will be included with each buff. Your ideas are often better than ours. If you have an idea for a promotion or tie-in event please let us know. For example, last year Wunderlich sponsored a tour of their facilities and a lunch for our attendees on Friday. We’d like to help make your idea a reality.
