Schedule
We try to set a schedule that will make the vendor building accessible to everyone and still let the vendors have an occasional break to have a little fun of their own.

Wednesday
September 28, 2022
You must load in on Wednesday since the Vendor Building will be open early on Thursday.
The building will be open at noon and will stay open until at least 5PM. We will open to vendors just 15 minutes before each session open the attendees.

Thursday
September 29, 2022
Official opening day for attendees.
10:00AM – Vendor Building opens
5:00PM – Vendor Building closes
Vendors are welcome to join us for free hot dogs and beer at 7:00PM

Friday
September 30, 2022
This is our “long and late day”. It gives the attendees who have been out all day the opportunity to visit the vendors and it give the vendors a morning off. I know this is a bit of a slog but you came to sell stuff and build relationships so no one can say that we weren’t open. Since this is a long day, we have “Booth Sitters” so you can take a break as needed.
Noon – Vendor Building opens
8:00PM – Vendor Building closes

Saturday
October 1, 2022
9:00AM – Vendor Building opens
5:00PM – Vendor Building closes

Things you need to know

  1. The cost for a single 10×10 booth remains at $175. Additional adjacent booth are available for $75 each.
    -that includes regular admission to the rally for TWO people.
    – additional admissions are available for $50 each.
    [that’s the same as an RA member pre-registration]
  2. You are welcome to hang banners in the vendor area and anywhere else that doesn’t conflict with a sponsored event or another vendor. [You can’t hang your banner behind another vendor’s booth]
  3. The building will be locked outside of open hours. Our insurance does not cover your merchandise.
  4. If you’d like a break during the day, we have “booth sitters” to watch your goods while you are away.
  5. You are responsible for and local licensing and taxes, We didn’t have any issues with this last year.
  6. Each booth comes with a table and two chairs. Extra tables and chairs are available and there’s no extra cost at this venue.
  7. The vendor building has electricity along the walls and at some points out on the floor. Of course this is available to vendors at no cost but you should bring an extension cord.
  8. Outdoor booths have access to both electricity and water. You should bring your own extension cords and/or hose.

Indoor vendor spaces are available in 10’x10′ increments. Power is available in most locations but each vendor should be prepared with extension cords. The vendor building will be locked outside of vending hours.
